Would you believe it's time to think about the holidays... I know they sneak up on me, so I'm adding this link for a great website to help stay on top of things. It starts this week, and runs through new year's. Every week, we will tackle a different area, and by the time the holidays roll around, we will be ready.

OK so the other day I was watching food network...and they had a cupcake shop from Delaware...so instead of chores, we went into college town, bought us some cuppie cakes, and gonna have a yumm-o dessert

Walmart with DH for a new watch

Dinner date with DH for anniv

Just reading my emails and I got one from the freecycle that I joined over the weekend. Where it asked why I wanted to join, I said "I was a member a long time ago, and wanted to see what was new."
I left due to some fighting and tension on the group...who needs that...so I just left quietly. Well, this is the letter that I got. Is it me, or this this letter totally inappropriate? The color, boldness and size font were all in the letter like this:

You stated you were a member before......
If you were on "No eMails", We removed you from the group

You were probably one of the 335 members that were removed from the group for having a "No-Email" status.

As stated on the Home page of our Group In RED.....
All members will have to maintain a minimum of "Special Notices" for their email
preference selection for Delaware State Freecycle. The reason for this is to
ensure communication from the Owners/Moderators on any and all up-dates to the group.

"No eMail" status is not allowed in this group and anyone going on "no email" will be removed from the group.

You have 3 options to choose to receive mail through the THIS group:

*Individual Mails - you will get an email each time someone posts
*Daily Digest - you will get one email listing all the posts each day
*Special Notices - you will ONLY receive ADMIN messages from mods

"No eMail" Status is NOT allowed in this group - you must maintain
at least a "Special Notices" status so this will ensure communication
from the Owner and Moderators on any and all up-dates to the group.

Being on "Special Notices" will not cause you to receive all the postings

Yes I agree the letter is unnecessary- well I joined the freecycle group down in Fort mYers and found that it was really a bunch of people asking for things and no one sharing anything- they really went over the number of posts they were allowed to do (1 per week) asking for things. I decided it wasn't worth it to switch to the one near us but this one may be better.

2- make bed dumped the laundry there before I could make it
3- look at the Christmas website Debbie posted I love this lady- I've read one of her books... now to decide if I'm gonna follow the plan...
4- laundry, laundry, laundry truckin along
5- clean bedroom
6- store shew, glad that's done
7- homework supervisor done
8- swaps!

Laundry - do lots of it! Today's loads are done there's more for tomorrow
Sort through junk on counter
Pick DS up from school & take him to coach skating practice Done
Make pigs-in-a-blanket for Scout Court of Honor
Go to Scout Court of Honor
Work on T&T swap sometime today

Yet another reason why I just leave it at the Salvation Army and don't do freecycle or yard sales. People are just weird.

Forgot to get on this morning its been along one already. Noah is teething I think so he was up and down all night. One good thing was I got to watch Goosip Girl and OTH before coming to work this morning. LOL can you consider that a good thing?
