My to do list is short today:

Bring DD in for a MRI and biopsy. Wish us luck. Testing is scheduled to take six hours. I have knitting, two books, and my mother to keep me busy during the wait.

my should do list for monday...

1.work. only 1/2 day
2.throw a load of laundry in.
3.blood lab appt. 4 hrs. YUCK. so i'm only working a 1/2 day and it would be great to come home and do something fun with ds but i have to go and do this. YUCK again. i hate these days. wish me luck because i think they will check my levels today and if they are not up- back for another 6 rounds.
i NEED a laptop for days like today.
4.no need to prep supper. dh said he's got it covered! YIPPEE!!!!

Go to bank to make boy scout troop deposit
Go to post office to mail a bunch of stuff
Pick up photos for the Montana trip scrapbook
Organize those photos
Laundry
Worry - DS's girlfriend gets her driver's license today and will be picking him up this afternoon to go to the mall and then dinner. I'm so not ready for this and will be worrying like crazy until he gets back home. It'll get worse when he gets his license in November!

I'm afraid to be the dog today. What if I get fleas? That would be my luck.

Today I need to do outside stuff before it gets too hot.
Water plants.
Feed Cats.
Feed birds.
Add water to pond.

Then I need to start the printing of itineraries and stuff. 13 days left. DH put the cargo holder on top of the mini van. The boys will actually have room to use the portable potty this time without squashing the clothes.


Oh and up date on basement. It is completely cleared out. Walls were sprayed by DH and floor mopped by me with Moldblaster fungicide stuff. Does anyone know if mold is dead does it still smell? Can concrete hold the smell and there be no live mold or are we still in trouble?

email school sec. has not received info for DS. done
email school princ. question about DS7's teacher (which just happens to be the same teacher DS12 had for 2nd grade! LOL) done
balance ckbks. x 2 done
pay bills *YUCK* done
scrapbook 6 pages
start tagging photos that need printed
??? possible trip to zoo today/tomorrow... thinking tomorrow...
schedule rest of week...because this is our last week before school starts.. OMG!
email Brenda re: stores in the area done
email AWM the scrapbook info done

We are back from the doctor. They did a skin test for milk, egg, peanut, soy and wheat. The doctor will have to get the official results but he did have a reaction to the milk so we are on to step two which will be a more extensive blood workup. Now just to wait until they can get that scheduled. He's doing good though and we'll just keep him on his current formula and go from there.

Poor Noah. It may seem like a little pinch to the tech but for a kid and the parent, it's huge. Many kids have reactions to milk and dairy.

Holl, how did your lab work go?

The MRI and biopsy went well. Should know the test results in a few days.

They actually just called and he goes back next tuesday for the second step. We'll see the doctor and get the results and some blood work. Poor baby but its easier to figure out now when he's not eating much then when he wants to eat everything.

poor little noah. that's a huge deal for him to go through. but like you said easier now that later on when he's eating more. hope they can figure it all out soon. hugs and kisses for him!

dit-how did it go with the license and 1st drive????? hope everything turned out ok.

well my appt was awful. they can't decide if i need 3 more or 6 more. and instead of them hooking me up and getting it going and then figure it out they were all back and forth for over an hour. my appt was 1:20 and they did not hook me up until 2:30. so that set me back over an hour. and when you sit there for 4 hours that hour means a lot. i had a small reaction to it, but nothing like in the past. oh well.whatcha gonna do? right?

The license/driving with DS's GF went well. They both arrived back here safely. I miss being the chauffeur though.

It was so much fun! We (the adults) got all teary eyed during the Shamu (or Shampoo as DS called him ) show. It was so stinkin hot. My Mom called to check on us because my Dad had heard on the news that it had reached 106 degrees yesterday. I believe it!
