I'm OK, this has been a diffiicult time at my house, I've been really sick (you know how Mom's aren't supposed to get sick), and DUnc96 is failing (now in a nursing home, and so sad)... and I hate to dump on my DIS buds, so I've been staying quiet...

Today I have to:

We are having DH's friends over for a pot-luck. It was postponed 2x already due to illness, and I just want to get it over with at this point. So, I have to finish cleaning, and make some sides today. Then crash and burn later tonight...

Deb :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: I responded to your note, don't know if you saw it yet, but NO (and I mean NO!) rush, ok?? :grouphug:

I hope you feel better soon, Deb! I'm sorry about your uncle.

I got almost nothing done yesterday.....I went to my weigh in, came home and ran 4 miles, and then got a blinding migraine...spent most of the day in bed. I am 100% better today and the plan is:

-power sculpt video Done
-at least 1/2 hour raking leaves Done, did one hour:)
-wash bedding and towels Second load in washer
-inventory pantry and freezer
-work on menu plan for the week

Have a grand day, everyone!

so sorry to hear that you have all this going on deb.:flower3: :grouphug:
we are here for you if you need us.

kim- i know that migraine story all to well. they stink don't they.
glad you are feeling better.

Big Hugs Debbie!!! :grouphug:

All the company from DS's birthday are gone... so back to reality.

1- laundry
2- clean up kitchen done
3- get the kids to rest done- they did it on their own!
4- finish scrapbook layout done

I am not going to be overly ambitious today.

Deb, YOU ARE NOT dumping on us.. that is what your DIS buddies are for.. to lend an ear, lend a shoulder, lend support and be there for one another... I've been in your shoes before.. not directly making the decisions but as the granddaughter having to watch both of my parents deal w/ a similar situation w/ my grandparents..While we were lucky enough to keep one side home we weren't as lucky w/ my paternal side having to go into the nursing home.. So, if you need to talk.. you let one of us know... :grouphug: BTW, hope you feel better soon.. the warm weather should help!!!!

Today:

1. Soccer game
2. Cut tags for autographs
3. Scrapbook 2 soccer years team photos/indiv. photos for DS7
4. Scrapbook that blasted 2000 big Christmas I can't get motivated on
5. Pull the big tub of genealogy info and while I pull it clean under the stair well closet where said tub is located
6. download DD's photos
7. order prints for DD's 4-H projects and personal projects
8. make list for tomorrow
9. Wash DS's soccer uniform after game for pictures this week

I did clean out 3 cabinets in the kitchen and rearrange.. now most of them can't remember the cups are in the old cup cabinet... the old one was too far from the fridge... I also cleaned under the bathroom sink cabinet..

I've been blessed to not have to be the one responsible for those decisions in our family, so far. But I can certainly lend a shoulder or an ear if you need one.

1-Grocery shop DONE
2-Clean computer room
3-Work on swaps
4-Put away the laundry (my fairies have gone on strike:confused3 because the clothes are still in their baskets)
5-Walk 2 miles

DH is the "go to guy" in all this with DUnc96. He has POA, and all the decision making falls on him...and by extension me, because I'm his "go to" KWIM... He is trying to include the other nephews, but it is his final decision. Yesterday he had to sign off on the DNR...so tough...It's just been a roller coaster of good days and bad days, we have been on this ride since January 6th,. And with me being sick on top of it all, it makes it even worse for everyone.

Thanks for all the good wishes and support. You guys are the best!!
