Be nice to DH...it's his bday afterall...

Bake a bday cake... no cuppy cakes today...

Shell 4lbs of shrimp
Put steak in to marinade
Make potato salad
These are all for DH special dinner

Pick up giftie at Best Buy

Wrap gifties...also got him a really nice water bottle from Flylady

Today will be another can my kids survive day... LOL Spring Break Day 2~~

Must get done:
finish laundry
put away laundry (kids will handle their own; they are HOME!)
dishes
clean up laundry/scrap area so I can work in it the end of the week
enter new genealogy info
update sources of new info
make list of proof needed
copy new info and mail to Grams to see if it jogs her memory
ck and see if any one was able to look up obits for me in arkansas
file away any printed off info into genealogy book for PJ (her 4-H project)


**found an extension of DH's family that had been a brick wall.. I'm chipping away at the wall and finding some good info..and some shocking info!!!!!**

pack ressie info, tickets and bag so I don't forget them
pack meds on counter
pack WDW mugs
Get DH a book from the library
pick up neighbors DD and take to dance
pick up DS12 and bring home (after school activity)
track meet for DD

Seriously. I always felt bad for Rebecca when she would type about the housetraining. I just didn't know HOW bad I should have felt for her.

I don't know what I would do if they were inside full-time. Not have two, that's for sure.

How old will DS20's pup be?

She's going to be 7...born on April Fools Day.

She's lovin on me right now because it's breakfast time. What these dogs are going to do when I have to be at work at 645 is beyond me. I don't think my family has really figured out all the things that will be changing... 1 week from yesterday... they better get a grip

Yes- it is a good things puppies are cute- same thing with babies- it gives us the desire to take care of them even when frusterated.

We are still working on #2 but now #1 is outside unless he tells us a few times and we don't take him out, never while we are gine though. Good luck as you are getting used to it.

No list for me, but I know this is the chit-chat thread!

Just wanted to announce that little Disney turned 2 yesterday!! Can you believe he's that old? He still acts like a baby the way he snuggles up and expects me to protect him.

He's a beautiful boy and I think he has stopped chewing on the walls!! Time for drywall repairs!! On another note, he has been limping on one of his front legs since I brought him home from the doggie boarding camp after my trip to Hawaii in November....been to the vet twice and also an orthopedic surgeon. They think it's his shoulder....I'm going to give it more time to hopefully prevent surgery. He seemed a little better yesterday.

AWM...Of course I know what you're going through. It is time-consuming, but so worth it! Give those little beauties hugs from me and my two!

I can't believe how fast the time goes! It always amazes me, like when I talk to people, and I think their kids are still little...and they tell me the kid is driving...or getting married...I'm always shocked!

I was thinking the same thing about the thread name. A few have mentioned they don't come because they don't make lists.

If we change the name...they will come...

I like The Daily Chat, The Daily Gripe , and The Daily Grind.

The Daily Grind kinda fits both the lists and the chatting, IMO.

Another cool day in the spring break arena... I'm over this!!
Got to remember to get the kids to a store @ 5pm so that we can score free tickets to the country music expo.... got 2 tickets already...but need 3 more sets to get everyone covered!!! The list of country music singers that we can see for free is AMAZING!!!!!!!!
The kids and I pick one singer to see at the State Fair for FREE but it's getting harder and harder as more singers come out!
