I want your recipe. I love lemon cookies- maybe a little too much.

Remember, you asked for it.

1 box of Lemon cake mix (I like the kind with the pudding in it)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil

Mix it all together. Scoop up by teaspoon. Roll into ball. Roll in powdered sugar, put on parchment paper on cookie sheet. Well all cookies are on, dip end of a glass in powder sugar and squash all the cookies.

Cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

All done!

My to do list changed drastically when I woke up sick. All during the holidays I skirted around everyone's germs but last night the sore throat started. So I ended up calling in for work. Good day for it considering the ice storm we had.

I can't take credit for Mt Washmore...it's flylady...I did get a good pic for my 365. It really was a mountain!!

I have 2 loads done and folded and in baskets, 1 in the dryer, 1 in the washer, and 4 to go

So, I call the cable co, and now they are saying there is an outage in my area. I finally get a real person, and she says that they must have gotten more calls after mine, and they put the message on again (it had been on earlier). She said she will call me when she finds out what is going on...so I might be able to get a day credit on the bill, and not have to wait in for the appt after all

Yesterday I started the "starter" for Amish Friendship Bread. Anyone ever do this? OMG, this morning, the baggie was ready to pop there was so much gas! So, I burped it, and mushed it. I can see that this will have to be a 365 pic one of these days.

This weather has been terrible for both colds and allergies in my area. Today was monsoon rains, but in PA it was all ice. I was telling the kids, it it had been 5 degrees colder, it all could have been white stuff instead of wet stuff.

For all of you with the snow and ice, I dont envy you. I'll keep my heat in the summer for your ice in the winter. Seriously, I think Ive been in snow twice.

Lisa- Could you send me your Mickey heads too? Ive seen them and LOVE them! Ive always wished there was more to buy at EPCOT of the Int. Mickeys. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I sprinkle extra powdered sugar on afterwards because I like it. Rolling it in the powdered sugar before cooking gives a nice outer crunch while the inside stays moist.
I've already had one. Mmmmmm. Good thing I have lots of milk in the house.
