I have just one more story about this. This happened to my GS registars daughter/granddaughter.
This little girl also happen to get ITP (we ended up having the same dr, made me feel more confident about dr, love him).
Her numbers got as low as 2000! So the girl had ALOT of bruising.
They were in Walmart and MOm noticed they were being followed by a man.
He never approached them, never said anything to them. Mom paid for things and trying not to scare girl left the store. He followed them out walked past her car turned passed car again and went back to the store.
They had been home about 30 minutes when cops arrived and they said they had a reported case of child abuse and they were questioing her and it dawned on her what was going on. She ran and got her file showed to the police and they were satisfied. She went from being terrified to praising this guy .
This happened not long after the Walmart incident that made the news here.
So people really do step in sometimes.
