Are either the strip steak or filet mignon large enough for two adults to share one entree? This assumes teh adults would also share either an appetizer or a dessert.

I would say no on the filet. It's at best a 4-6 oz portion and the risotto is a nice amount but perfectly plated for one.

I believe the ribeye is an 8oz portion (seems we asked about this last time). We split it last time. With the bread, a cup of soup and dessert, it was more than enough for my husband and I to split. Also, when we told them we were splitting it, they brought us a second plate that also had the potatoes on it and then we divvied up the steak ourselves. We didn't order the extra potatoes, they just brought them. There was no charge for them, but I'm not sure if this is a standard practice.

Doubt it. I can handle the cheese soup, filet, and crème brulee and still have room to help the kids with their salmon.

i don't think that the plate would be big enough to feed two. Even with the bread and apps the serving are small. If you go there not that hungry and not looking for a big meal it might be doable but I doubt that.

I think the strip steak could be split. Especially with appetizer and lots of bread. Filet is too small to split in my opinion

I personally don't think either would be suitable for sharing, especially the filet. I don't remember the weights of the respective steaks, but I remember looking at the Le Cellier filet and immediately recognizing that it was smaller than 8oz (which seems to be the avg filet weight). DH's strip was definitely larger, but I know it was smaller than the steak he got at Yachtsman. I guess you also have to like your steak cooked the same way. DH is a medium rare person and I'm rare, so we won't ever be sharing steaks :)

Might thought as well. The bread is excellent and they will bring as much as you want.

My sister and I had a late lunch at Chefs and then split the filet for dinner we were just comfortably full
