Glad I logged on today and found this thread. It's always entertaining.

And I think my Dsis is following in your MIL's footsteps. She gave my 9 yo DD a bottle of hand sanitizer for Christmas. My DD still can't get over the fact that she got her this. DD's birthday is in a few weeks and my other Dsis asked what she wanted. So I told her the name of a Wii game that DD loves. DD's response was "I wish Aunt Chrissy would ask so I don't get more hand sanitizer." I told her that at least she would be healthy and stop whining.
