At Epcot countries what time does lunch end?

We were thinking of eating in Italy, but I'm not crazy about menu/prices. The lunch menu actually looks better (both food and price-wise). What time do they stop serving lunch? I was thinking of doing a late lunch.

We had a late lunch in Italy in May around 2:30. I think the last lunch may have been around 2:45-3:00. The dining room was only about 1/3 full and service was quick.

I have booked PS's for lunches in the countries as late as 4pm. In fact, I have a couple set up for our upcoming trip at that time. The lunch menu usually is considerably less expensive so it is a great opportunity to try the various restaurants and save some $$$.

I think it depends if the restaurant actually closes between the 2 meals. I think in Canada we stopped at 3. When you call for a PS they should be able to tell you.
