At DL, Genie Plus Help Please!!

I have purchased Genie plus, i was the one to purchase the tickets and G+. Purxhased throughg getaway today. I have our family linked on their devices, they all have their own accounts. My husband has DAS, and this is showing up on my app, but Genie plus is not showing up on anyone but my apps. Any advice?

Have you tried restarting your phone, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling the Disneyland app? I had a weird issue with my tickets that was fixed by an uninstall and reinstall.

If you are still not having luck, I'd stop by one of the CMs at the guest services umbrellas to see if they can help.

I just wanted to check, have you been able to confirm you purchased Genie+ for everyone in your party? I agree I would check with a cast member onsite.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner! Since there are so many in your party, I'd try the CM route first. Hopefully you have it resolved by now though!

Also, we find it much more simple to have everyone in our family just sign into my account on their own phones. This way we are all seeing the same things. It may not solve the missing G+ issue, however. I hope you got this resolved and are now having a lot of fun!
