At Disney now and freezing

I can't believe how cold it is at disney right now. We went to AK Sunday and it was 95 degrees. Tonight it is going down in the 40's. Wow! That is a big temperature change.

We are having a great time! We went to MNSSHP last night and we're going back tonight but tonight we will be bundled up.

I think I like the cold better than the hot but I wasn't prepared for it to be THIS cold.

In my opinion, there's nothing better than being at WDW in the cool/cold weather.

Luckily I packed 2 pair of jeans and long sleeved shirts for me and DS 5. DH however did not pack anything with long sleeves.........poor guy...

That's what happenend in Feb when we went. It was soo cold. We thought that since we were from Canada that we would be ok, but really cold is cold is cold no matter where you are from. We have pictures of ourselves in hats and mitts infront of the castle. Its true its hard to have a good time when your freezing.

Once on NYE it was really cold. Even though we had layers on, it was so cold we went and bought sweatshirts! And waited 30 minutes for hot cocoa. Dang! Disney sure got us that day!

I wish I could have had those temps when we were there last week. I hated hearing those two dreaded words "Record Highs". It was in the mid 90's most of the time we were there with Humidity to match. That heat just saps your strength.

I brought a jacket and jeans but didn't need them. I wore as little as possible, but there is only so much you can take off in public.

We still had a great time and didn't want to come home, but would have loved a seasonal temperature while there.

Yeah, currently 48 here at 28630.

I love WDW when it is cool and crisp! Dont like the 100 degree park hopping weather. Just drains the life out of you!

Love the early mornings when the dew is on the grass and the air is cool enough to be lightly bundled up! Love Love Love it!

Have to agree with this. Just this morning it snowed for 1/2 an hour.

We just returned from WDW yesterday. It sure was hot the last 4 days . Glad it's cooled off for you. I would rather have it cooler than the hot weather we had last week.

We are leaving tomorrow and I am thinking about purposely "forgetting" to pack anything warm -- so that I can go shopping for a Disney sweatshirt or jacket!!!

I'm here now too and hate the hot weather. Yesterday was just perfect with a high of about 79. Today was cool, mostly due to wind, but we brought jackets for our Wishes cruise last night and used them all day today. Just fantastic weather! I'm lovin it!

I guess I can say it feels like Disney here then. The temp is 40 in NJ. I'd still rather be there than here always, no matter what the temperature is. Have fun.

I'm in CT too and agree with you! The wind is kicking up and the temp is dropping now, so I would take those FL temps in a heartbeat.
