What is a frittata?

It is like a crustless quiche...eggs, cheese, potatoes, and several other items.

It is a great way to use up leftovers.

Good for you! I need some motivation in that area!

We are planning to be half-way good on the eating when we are staying at Wyndam at Bonnet Creek since it is full kitchen.

We might be bad next friday since we will be on-site and have Disney Transportation.

We will be at EPCOT (Le Cellier and perhaps sampling beverages/F&W).
