At BCV now.....

Call me silly, but when we stay at BCV and I want a CS meal, I just make the 5 minute walk over to Epcot's WS and pick up something to take back...fish and chips, or something from France. Can't beat it!!!

I love this idea, but I do have a question about it. Do they allow you to do a quick "in and out" to pick up a meal? Or is this something that people with a season pass do since they can go in or out anytime that they wish?

You would need to use your park pass to do this. So this would only be a good idea if you have an AP, park hopper or were planning on using your park day that day at Epcot.

There used to be a take-out pizza window over on the Boardwalk ... anyone know if it is still there?!?!?

It is still there but we were told last night they are not participating in the meal plan!!!!!!

When we were there in Dec the pizza window and the bakery (sandwich) were the only QS options at the BW. It had been a while since we had been to the BW for a longer stay and had not remembered the less than great options. However, at the BC we enjoyed the Marketplace and the pool QS was great compared to the BW.

I have a crazyish question. How is the current in the whirlpool section of the main pool? You know the area at bottom of slide. I thought someone said it wasn't as strong as it ues to be. It is a crowd pleaser in my family. TIA

My younger DS5 loved the whirlpool section (I literally had to drag him out of it to go to dinner) It is reasonably strong but even for kids is relatively easy to “get out of”.

Yes I have to drag my kids out too. But I heard that after rehab it isn't as strong.

Same here. Some of our choices are quite a walk though but we enjoy that-we really like the outdoor Mexico grill, DD walks to McDonalds. China and America are pretty good as well. Morroco has been very good as is the fish if in a hurry.

We would walk over to these places even if BC had many more choices to be honest. One of our favorite things in our lives is to walk to EPCOT for some lunch or dinner.

It's expensive, but there is a nice body lotion at Bath & Body called Rainkissed Leaves which is very close.
