Will other parks sell refills for the At-At bucket or can it only be refilled at HS?

Generally, refillable buckets can be refilled at any park and Disney Springs.

Thank you. I had read somewhere that the special buckets could not,so I was looking for verification. Disney is consistently inconsistent with their policies!

Yep. Saw them at several DHS popcorn stands in early March.
