At 180 mark, which ADR's do you make first?

I was just wondering how most people make their ADR's if they're staying on site and doing 180 days plus 10. Do you do character meals first for best selection or do you do it in order by days hoping for less chance of error?

Pirate Cruise, Great Adventures in Cooking, CRT (not me personally but most), kids clubs & Le Cellier.

I only make the very popular restaurants (Le Cellier, Princess Breakfast in Norway, etc.) or if the time is really important (like the first breakfast time at Donald's Breakfastosaurus so we can be finished with breakfast at park opening).

Other than that, we make most of them at about 100 days since most people still think they have to wait to 90 days out to make ADRs.

I made mine on Monday... I started at my 11/18 ADR and made my way down the calendar to 11/25. I got everything close to what I wanted EXCEPT Le Cellier. Have to call back on the 180 day mark and try for a better time. 8:30 is WAY to late for my family, but I'm holding onto that ADR until I can get a better time or a CP.

The Princess Storybook Breakfast and a dinner on my stepmom's B-day are most important for me, so I wanted to make sure I get those. I'm not going until 12-07, but I'm a first-timer so I'm kind of obsessed about finding out info. By the time we do ADR's next June, I'm sure most planners will know that it's 180 days.

Thanks to all who are responding!!!

I call at the 180 mark and just go day by day to do all my ADR'S. We pretty much always know where we want to eat even if it's a place we haven't eaten before. We always like to try at least one new restarant every time we go. That way all the ADR's are done at once and we're set. We very rarely make any changes, but if we do I just call them.

I just made my ADR's for November--I called 180 days before the first day of the trip (11/18) and I got everything I wanted at the times I wanted for the entire trip EXCEPT CRT. I was told that there was nothing available for CRT on any of the days I was going to be there. Then, someone told me that they only give out a few of the CRT ADRs to people who are booking the 180 plus ten. I wanted CRT on 11/20 so I called back on 5/24 at 7 am (that's 180 days before 11/20) and got CRT for 8:10 am on 11/20 (pretty much exactly what I wanted). Good luck!

Le Cellier and California Grill for fireworks!

I got everything I wanted at the exact times I wanted and didn't even start until about 90 days out: CRT, 8:20 am, WTP, Le Cellier 12:30 lunch, Boma, 8:30 pm, Ohana 6:45 pm, Cape May breakfast 8:30 am. I didn't find it as difficult to achieve as it is sometimes made out to be. I made the CRT ressie as soon as I decided we should do it (at approx. 90 days), WTP, Cape May, & Le Cellier were at about 75 days, I did Boma day before yesterday and Ohana today. We're going the first week of August. I guess it might be a different story if you're going during the free dining period.
