ASSports to MCO Time?

We are departing on a Saturday (9/15) on a SW flight at noon from MCO. What's a reasonable departure time to shoot for leaving the resort (All Star Sports)? Two adults, 3 year old and infant on Magical Express. We aren't planning on doing any activities that morning besides packing, so it would be as straight as path as possible from hotel room to airport.
