I wanted to run this past the board to see if this was allowed. My wife and I will be going to Sea World in October for one day. We will then return to Sea World in January with Grandma and the two kids (3&4). Originally we were going to buy two 2-day passes for $99 since they expire 6 months after the first visit. We would then buy discounted 1-day passes ($69 or similar rate) for Grandma and the kids in January. This would essentially mean we would pay $50 for each visit for my wife and I, and $69 each for Grandma and the kids.
But we noticed the dining deal for $89 per day. With this plan we would use the second day of our 2-day passes for my wife and I, and pay $89 per pass for Grandma and the kids. But the catch is, we would like to use the wristbands for all three adults only (kids don’t each much park food and we would not share, but bring in lunch for them or pay OOP for probably one kids meal or snacks). Are there any issues with this? Are there names on the paper 1-day passes to where if we took three passes to customer service, would they question that two of the adults entered on completely different passes? I know there may be an ethical issue, that’s why I’m running this past the board first.
With that in mind if we wanted to pay for the additional two meal plans, would we be able to count the three $89 passes towards the three adults and only have to pay the $20 per child meal plan separately? I know the worst case scenario is that Grandma and the three kids get meal plans, and we pay $35 extra each for my wife and I for our meal plans.
I’m just seeing if there anything I’m missing. Thanks
