I am on day 4 of the aspen wellness diet. I have done this diet a few times over the last 5 years, and it is a great thing to do when you feel like your eating habits are out of control and you need to loose a few pounds. You get 3 delicious prepackaged vegeterian meals that you simmer with water, for each day. They are extremely nutricious and filling. I am on day 4 and have lost 3 pounds (I've really been a major pig lately) I need to loose 10, I think I might order another week. The funny thing about this plan is, its one of the only things I ever stick to. Also, after a week on it, you are very conscious of what goes in your mouth, you start to savor instead of shove. They have a website, the first order is more expensive because you get tapes and protein powder, which I don't use, I think the refils are like 89.00 for the week. I'll be glad to answer any other questions if I can... I'm feeling good!

How interesting. I've never heard about this program but it sounds interesting.

I love the way some of these companies are creating and selling preprepared meals. That really takes the pressure off, I would think.

Are the meals low fat? Atkins also sells low carb preprepared meals. But I can't convince my dh to let me order them ;)

Will you be joining our support group, ez? I hope so :)
