Do you have any Mrs.Dash seasoning?

You could steam it and then saute them in a butter and garlic sauce.

I've started rolling it in olive oil and adding salt and pepper and cooking it in a 450 over for 15 minutes. If you want a super treat, afterwards, trizzle with a bit of lemon juice, and crumble some bacon and goat cheese over it. Terrific!

I cooked asparagus for supper tonight. I make mine the same way as missypie, except I also add McCormick Vegetable Supreme seasoning. Oh, so yummy!

Hollindaise (sp?) is good with Asparagus:D

I love asparagus, but have never had it any other way than steamed and then with some butter on it! Lots of yummy ideas here!;)

try adding a cpl cloves of garlic to the water you use to steam it,, then drizzle with lemon juice and butter

Slice it into small pieces on an angle. Saute it in some olive oil with a little salt and pepper. Perfect. Goes great with fish and little pesto.

I steam it plain then let the boys dip it in Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing. I was amazed that they liked it so much. :earseek:

Butter, garlic, and some lemon juice! YUM!!!!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/12/12_5_21.gif' border=0></a>

Melt some butter then add sesame seeds and fresh sliced mushrooms. Once the sesame is toasted brown, add slightly steamed asparagus w/ a dash of lemon.

My main entree!

I just made my favorite dish toinght...what a coinsidence! I bake it at 350 for 15 minutes, sprinkle with kosher salt. after drizzle a mixture of 1tbs of butter, 1 tbs balsamic vinigrette, 1tbs of soy sauce.

MMMM so good.

I like mine marinated in Italian Salad Dressing & then I grill it for about 10 minutes ~ YUM!!!!

I like to cover it up in cheese sauce myself so that i can pretend it's not a vegetable!
