ASMusic Pool Side Games?

Hi All!

I keep reading about "pool side games" being offered at ASMusic & I was wondering if anyone has been there recently if they could give me some explanation about these games. What kind of games are they doing? Around what time? Was there a scedule for these or did they just periodically happen? My guys are 10 & 12...would they be interested in these or are they for the smaller kids?

Any info would be great!!

I was there last month, and confirm, there was a schedule. Mostly during the afternoons, concluding with a poolside movie on many nights. The included such things as Wii sports, disney trivia games, and a few other things I can't remember right now. Also, not listed on their schedule, almost every morning they had guitar hero in the main lobby area.

I'm guessing your guys will enjoy at least some of the activities.. if you're not busy in the parks that is!

They still had all the activities last week although we really didn't do any of them many guest did. The movie reminded me of movies under the stars on our Princess cruises! They have a protable movie screen that they set up at the main pool. I was truly surprised at all the activities they had for free at a Value Hotel. I don't even remember any of this type of thing at any disney hotel. Maybe it will catch on!

Last summer they also had name that tune, Simon Says, some kind of game sort of like Twister and a couple others I can't remember. Oh! Someome sat under a water ballon and someone else tried to hit the trigger with a bean bag to pop the water balloon on thier head. Fun stuff! Kids and adults could play most of them, only a couple were restricted to just kids, although mostly just kids played.

They have scaled back since last September and I think they discontinued the free arcade games but this gives you a good idea of some of the activities.
