ASMo to PS at Grand Floridian??

We have PS arrangements at the Grand Floridian at 8am. When should we try to catch the bus from our resort ASMo, so that we get to PS on time? How often do the buses come by for resorts, and how long would it take to get there. I'm thinking maybe we should take the bus to MK, then catch monorail to GF????? Best bet??

The Magic Kingdom bus will start running sometime around 6:30am, give or take. Speak with the driver upon boarding, and he/she might be able to take you directly.
