Just back from a fun week at WDW. We arrived (early) via Autotrain on the 17th, checked into ASMo and were in MK by noon. Crowds were light early in the week but got heavier as the week went on. Still not bad. We walked onto many rides and the longest we ever waited was 20 mins or so.
The weather was pretty hot (90's) but it only rained once. The Love Bugs were out in force but they are just annoying, they don't sting and aren't huge or creepy.
Free dining went pretty well. We had to change two of our ressies due to the fact that we were traveling with a 3 yo who doesn't always go along with the plan. We were able to do so, though our options were pretty limited. The promotion is great and definatly worth it, but I don't think we would purchase the plan on our own b/c you do spend a lot of time at the TS meals and I just don't think we would do that many of them. Plus, as a 3 yo, DD does not eat enough to justify buying her an entire meal. If we were paying, it would make more sense for us to plan one or two special TS meals and just do CS or eat offsite for the rest.
MNSSHP was a blast. We walked onto many rides, got tons of candy. DD had her face painted and we enjoyed the parade which we were able to see pretty well without staking out a place. DH just put DD on his shoulders.
ASMo was clean and quiet while we were there. The Fantasia pool being closed was no biggie since it was easy to use the other pools and they were never crowded.
All in all a great trip.
