ASM - bringing portable electric cooler

First post here, thanks in advance for the help.

We have a portable electric cooler that we often use on road trips that has AC/DC plugs. This cooler probably weighs in around 15lbs or so. We're flying down on Delta from Nashville and wondered about boxing the cooler up and sending it down on the flight with us (checked of course) with some dry food like cereals, pbutter & more packed inside.

The Magic Express service should deliver this package like the rest of our luggage to our room, correct? Since we're staying for 7 nights, this would save us about $70.

Double check to make sure the room doesn't already have a fridge in it, as all rooms are suppose to be getting them. Also, others have reported there is no longer the fee for fridges if they aren't in the room yet.

I hadn't heard that the values were getting fridges..just the mods and up. Is this something really new?

No fridges in the Values now. They are still $10 per night.

I'm sure Magical Express will deliver the box, just as a piece of luggage! We have a portable electric cooler (sounds like yours) that we bring with us to hotels too - it works great!
