Asking for upgrade when renting DVC points?

This past year we were "pixie dusted" with an upgrade from a Grand Floridian Studio to a one bedroom unit on rented points. When we arrived and guest services informed us of the room, I let them know that we had rented a studio unit (didn't want the owner to get charged more points). We were told that it was a no charge upgrade. That was a very pleasant surprise and a very nice room. Doubt that will ever happen again.

Bumping this post to say that the contract on Davids Point Rental indicates "no upgrades"
