Sorry, I've been busy. We kept the meeting as planned. I think it went well. We discussed different things we can do for the experienced employees. We came up with a tier system, where the senior people who deserve to be on the top tier will go there and then work their way down to the other employees. That is besically what we were asking for. We also went over situations in our department where things could be changed. A couple of things they have been trying to get changed but the other managers won't budge and there were 2 other points we brought up that the changes are very doable and she thanked us for brainstorming with her. We'll see how long it takes for the changes to be put in to action.
