Askerhaus for Thanksgiving?

I thought I had my plan all set for my ADR's next week. We are/were hoping to have dinner at R&C at 7:30 to see Illuminations but now my husband says he doesn't want to wait until evening for Thanksgiving dinner (neither do I) but the rest of our party of 19 is fine with it. We were going to do Askerhaus earlier in the week for the breakfast, but wondering if anyone has done the lunch buffet there on Thanksgiving. Is it a madhouse and do we still get to see all the princesses?

So my top 3 choices for a Thanksgiving lunch will be:
Askerhaus
Captain's Grille
Garden Grille (I know simple but the menu looks decent for Thanksgiving.)

I can't seem to find any of the other buffets that are open for lunch on Thanksgiving.
