Describe a typical Childminding day :)

:lmao: there is no such thing !!!!!

i start work at 7.30am when the baby arrives, she has her breakfast at 7.45 before the next child arrives at 8am.
we leave the house at 8.30 to take my two kids to school before going back to my house to pick up another child who arrives at 9am ( depending on what day it is this is actually 3 different children over the course of the week )
we then do a quick pre-school run before going out for the morning .
we pick up from pre-school at 11.30 and go home for lunch before leaving for a toddler session at the local church then back on to the school run to collect my two kids and drop off the child who goes home at 3pm (this is one of the 9am kids)

are you still with me ????

after school we do a variety of different activities or go to the park.
the children leave between 4.30 and 5.30 so at 5pm if they are still here we do a tidy up and then have a half hour calm down session.

twice a week i work till 6.30pm so wind down starts later :headache:

ive probably made that sound really boring now :rotfl2:

Nat

I am shattered just reading that! Just one Joseph is enough for me;)

Ssshh don't tell the parents that i spend ages on here ;) , i have a compulsion to check so see if ive missed any new threads and now the dis dieters and this thread give me any excuse to pop on :)

my other favourite boards are the dining boards ;)

i don't subscribe to threads so i never check my cp :confused3

actually you can probably see how hectic my day is by how many times i get on (lunchtime is a favourite, failing that its early evening and after the kids go too bed )

Sara. :)

What is the most romantic thing your husband has ever done for you?

What's the most romantic thing you have ever done for him?

Describe your ideal day off.

hi Sara, thats easy its just chilling out and not rushing around on school runs and stuff :)

What three words describe you best?

kind, organised and tired :rotfl2:

How much TV do you let your kids watch?

they are not ones for watching a lot of tv !!

Is Drayton Manor worth a visit for an adventurous, quite tall four year old? DS saw it on telly and wants to go, but it's not cheap, is it?!

no its not cheap, there are a lot of rides that a four year old can go on on his own though, my two enjoyed that !

Sara. :)

these are really hard questions, we are not overly romantic people ;) i suppose we both do little things to make each others lives easier, such as having a lie-in and taking the kids out to give each other a break :)
