Never had anyone ask me how I got my fast pass for a ride until about 10 minutes ago. In the FOP fast pass queue now.

Don’t leave us hanging!

Was it the punch card after eating 10 Dole Whips with rum?

But seriously, it’s surprising how many people spend big $$$ on WDW and don’t know. When the 4th FP+ required a kiosk visit, it always shocked me how many guests in late afternoon were booking their 1st (3) FP+ for that day.

I've had that come up every trip.
Even with it right there on the park maps, signs pretty prevalent.
People think it's something you pay for, or just don't want to bother

It kills me how people can be so oblivious.
I wanted to hurt this guy in Space Mountain a couple trips ago.
It was his family's last ride before leaving because it was a party night.
He kept being super obnoxious and every time someone would walk past us in the FP line he'd say "oh yep those people that are rich enough to pay to not have to stand in line".
I would have said something but I know my sister would have been ticked if I did because she likes to keep a low profile. It was 30 minutes of this and every time he got louder and louder.
Luckily he was so dumb that near the front of the line he went through a switchback he didn't need to so he ended up in the next ride vehicle instead of ours.
Disney advertises how FP works like crazy so there's really no excuse.

FOP was AMAZING!!!

Glad you enjoyed it. :)

My sister and I will do it when we go in July but TBH we aren't expecting for it to live up to the hype especially since... we don't care about Avatar, she easily gets motion sick, and I cannot properly see 3D.

Have you done SDD yet? We think its just okay but we can take it or leave it.

Not yet. Not sure when we will. We wont be back until after SW opens and I might be too afraid to enter HS then, lol. But I know at some point my husband will want to see SWGE.

Does medicine not help her? I heard there are some really good ones out there.

Not really. She has tried some of the best over the counter ones.
She did get some anti nausea pills from a hospital stay a couple months ago and my mom (a retired RN) suggested she take one of those before the ride.

Perhaps those will work! I've got a wonky case of motion sickness. It happens when it feels like it. More so over water, but on some rides that spin drastically it hits. I've found a couple OTC that I'm going to pick up before our trip.

Quick question. I have changed my resort but still the same date on reservation. Original FP were booked with first reservation. However, now that I have the new, second reservation (did not modify as wait time on phone too long, so booked second reservation with same date, but cancelled the first)... does anyone know if my FP will still be honored? Same date, different resort and FP made on prior reservation, not the second reservation. The chat line says as long as I still have a wdw resort reservation for the same date the FP should not cancel. Can anyone give me their experience. Totally staying onsite, just different resort same date. I sometimes have less confidence with those folks on chat line, nice but do not always have the knowledge frequent wdw guests do. Thanks. If they cancel, I would not be upset as I am going it solo and just being there will be fun. Thought I would ask as I normally never stay at a resort so all new to me. Thanks.

Look in your My Disney Experience account and see if your FPs are still there. Then you won't have to speculate.

Oh yes, they are still there. However others have been reporting it has been taking some additional time for FP to "disappear". I did contact wdw as previously mentioned and a lovely chat representative said it is unlikely they should cancel. However, she gave me tech support number if they do. Thanks for your reply.

So true. We've picked up last minute fast passes so many times, that literally allow immediate walk on. And then you see a standby line full of people with a 30 minute wait. I think about it every time I walk past them.
