I never could miss Crystal Palace. This was our first table service meal we ever had in WDW, so now it is #1 for all our trips!

It's funny how people's tastes differ so drastically -- we had dinner there once (when Dh was at First Aid all day, and it was the closest place I could go with two 2yos in tow), and I really, honestly, don't want to go back. I found it quite loud, chaotic, and the food not anywhere as good as the sit-down, menu service restaurants had been. The characters were friendly enough, but not any more so than the Donald Duck or Stitch n Lilo breakfasts we attended.
Me, I'd rather grab a CS meal at MK, or take some time out for a meal at a monorail resort. I just can't get too excited about the MK TS options :-(
To answer the OP's question, the whole family really enjoyed the food and atmosphere at the Biergarten (Germany) Epcot; Spoodles and Concourse Steakhouse were faves of the adults on date nights, too.

However, I can see how it being your first ever table service would bring it up a notch, though -- I have probably over-fond memories of the Lilo and Stitch breakfast at the Poly for the same reason ;-)
