Yoho,
even as I am German I would like you to try my nice Asian Style Noodle Soup..

How to get started?

You need a big pot with water and a nice big chicken (whole).
Put the chicken in the water along with some vetgetables (your choice) along with garlic, ginger and chili.

Cook for bout 2-3 hours on low heat. Then rinse through a conlander (remove the chicken first ^^) , so you get a clear liquid.

Remove flesh from the chicken and put on a plate.

In a new pot, put garlic, ginger, chili and sautée for a second or 2.
Then add the liquid. Put in some soy sauce and some fish sauce alond with coriander and some new vetgs. Add some rice vinegar if you wish or some lemon. You also might wanna adjust it with some sugar to equal it out.

In a seperate pot cook some asian noodles until done.

Put noodles on a deep plate, cover with some chicken and add the liquid from the other pot.

A very nice meal for winter evening is finished.

Well I guess this was my first recipe ever written in English, so I hope you enjoy it ^^
