We have a FP+ for SDD (evening slot like I wanted) so not planning on riding it first thing like most visitors to DHS that day. So now I need to decide if we should head to AS2 or TSM first so we can ride all the Toy Story Land rides that day with minimal waits?

Thanks for helping me!

We get pretty competitive on TSM and like to ride it several times and compare scores.

Fortunately, the wait time drops considerably in the evening and we can usually ride about 4 times during the last hour of the day.

Just keep in mind that posted waits are intentionally exaggerated at night to discourage late riders.

When we were there in October, we did RD. We got in line for SDD at 8:45, on at 8:50 ( 9 am opening), walked to AS2, walk on, then walked over to TSM and got off at 9:10.
So if you are there early for RD (we were there 60 minutes before ), all can be done in a short time. If you want to do SDD, do it first at RD as at 9:15 the line was over 90 minutes.
If you don't want to do SDD, then AS2 first as it loads much slower, then head to TSM.

I've had exactly the same question so have been monitoring the two rides at about 9:20 am whenever I can. The wait time at that time is either the same for both rides or slightly longer for Toy Story Mania (say, 20 minutes vs. 15 minutes).

So I think we will ride Toy Story Mania first and Alien Saucers second.
