As rate so good have bought DVC AP Vouchers

Following on from Susan's As rate so good have pre-paid annual dues thread. I went onto member services yesterday and bought 4 DVC AP vouchers using my Nationwide debit card and got a rate of $2.016.

We won't need to use the vouchers until next year as we still have valid passes for this trip but I figured as the rate was good and there is bound to be another price increase before we go

how long can you keep the vouchers. we probably won't be going to WDW next year (I've had DH agree to trying Tokyo Disney), can we use them the year after that?

As far as I am aware you can keep the vouchers as long as you like. They should arrive in a week so I can tell you if there is an expiry date on them or not

We bought our AP vouchers back in December when the rate was good. The have got the date that we ordered them on, but no expiry date. We will be exchanging them in September for 'real' passes.

Thanks for that Michelle - we might not even activate them next year as we have a couple of MYW days left on some old tickets so we might have minimal WDW days and save the tickets for 2009

This is good news, we have never had annual passes before but will do this for next year as off for 3-4 weeks hopefully and going to prepay dues tonight when I get home and America wakes up. May even sneak Christmas in or the following Easter if can get some decent flights

Well - first class service I ordered them Thursday evening and they arrived Monday morning

No - they are lime green (is there a Dis connection ) and say exchange voucher and on the back is the voucher number and the date they were issued.

were thinking of buying dvc soon.

You get $100 discount off a standard AP, so, with tax it is $355.71. Non-DVC rate is $462.21 (incl tax).

is there a limit to how many you can get?, id need 6 for us plus 2 for parents

Proof of Disney Vacation Club Membership and valid photo ID for all adults in same household required at time of redemption.​

Everyone needs to live at the same address, so photo ID must show address - such as driving licence. Possibly all adult names would have to be on the contract too, although I'm not sure about this, sorry.
