As God as my witness.I'll never be sick at Disney World again~~~wrapping things up...

Only this type of pain would be reason to go through the surgery and month in bed.

As we were in the packed waiting area, it went from noisy to insane. At first there were 3 cheerleaders and a few moms. Then 2 by 2 they were coming out of the woodwork!
That's the problem with cheerleaders, they're like mice. If you see one, you know there's 20 more to follow.

they were all just really loud and annoying. I'm sure the only person in the restraunt enjoying there presence was themselves, and Evan.

Now now, you can't lump all cheerleaders into that bucket. Teenage girls in bulk are loud and annoying. Cheerleaders, soccer players, all of them. Much more pleasant solo.

What in the world do you need to have done to your poor feet?

GREAT pics, I love the nighttime shots and I  Teppan Edo.

Weeeeeen-kars, what is up with your feet?

I am worried about the poop installment.

I about fell off my chair laughing over your "cheerleaders are like mice" comment -- that is the honest truth!!! :lmao:

Oh, how I love Teppan Edo! :lovestruc Apparently so does my stomach since my stomach just growled looking at the picture of your chef cooking. :rotfl:

that's tom!!!!!! tom was our chef back in december and he was awesome. tom is from hawaii and came to florida for a lady friend. he never actually admitted this but he blushed when chris guessed it, so i'm assuming that's the story.

::
I always get excited when I recognize the same cm's.:thumbsup2

I don't understand people like this. I am too big to be invisible but people are always standing right in front of me. Or they run right into me while I am standing still and don't say anything. So rude.

:
I wonder if people are so unaware of everyone else or just rude?

You should have reached up and pinched that man on the butt. I bet he would have gotten out of your way. I loved the pictures ot the countries at night, empty. It looks so different.
:lmao:
I can't wait til I'm an old lady and get away with something like that!

I love the pix of World Showcase at night. I think it's the first time I've seen night time pix with no people in them...so cool.
it was alot of fun....I'm thinking of making another late adr, so we can do it again.

I know, they aren't all bad. 1 or 2 alone are quite normal, but you get a group of them, or any teenage girls together, and it's like they're all on happy gas.

this summer I get to do it all again on the left foot.

I about fell off my chair laughing over your "cheerleaders are like mice" comment -- that is the honest truth!!! :lmao:

:

I love it when someone else is also laughing at my comments and not just me.

If you look close enough at the picture with the onion volcano, you can see it is a hidden mickey. Or maybe I am just crazy.

UGH!!!! I HATE when people just walk up and stand in front of you. I makes me even more mad when they do it do DS.:mad::mad: SO RUDE!!!!

We are doing Teppan Edo for the first time in Feb. We do the hibachi frequently here at home and LOVE IT!! Do you know if they put any sort of nuts in any of the food?? I have a "hot line" written down that I need to call before our trip. DS is now allergic to peanuts and sweet pea's! We have to carry an epi-pen. We just found all of this out this summer. This trip is going to be very different as far as food is concerned.

Not sure if I've ever said this but I totally dig DJay's T-shirts! They are always so funny. I love it!! :rotfl2:

Can't wait to read of poop! :thumbsup2

I love a good poop story!! Can't wait. I was wondering what does the bottom of Hunter's Donald Duck shirt say? Patiently waiting for the next installment.

Ohhhh your poor foot looks soooo sore... but very nice toenails! :thumbsup2

We go to our local habatchi place and I have to admit even with the fried rice we use a TON of shrimp sauce... so my family wants to know if they give you that or not. :confused3

I was wondering if that was what it was! I had that same surgery and now have 2 lovely little metal pins in my foot. How close was your trip to your surgery?

There is NO WAY I could have done Disney after. I was in a hard ski boot for 6 weeks. I was supposed to be in the soft boot after 2 but it was so much worse than they expected, I got the hard boot.

I had to wear stilleto's on the other foot just to be even.

It messed up my entire body. I had to get some major PT to get "realigned" after that.

Did you get to use the toe torture machine? That was my FAVORITE part.

Not.

No way am I ever touching the other foot.

:rotfl:

Your night pictures are gorgeous. So serene.

We're trying Teppan Edo for the first time in Feb any suggestions?

I love the night pictures, especially the fountain in France....I'm used to just seein daytime pictures of it.

OUCH!! That looked just painful!! Poor thing, you!

I had to chuckle when I was going through your photos and I love the one of you standing on the fountain. The very next one is another fountain, but has a lot more "spray", and I thought to myself- OH NO!! There's she done gone fallen in!! I was relieved it wasn't so. :thumbsup2

there hasn't been any nuts in what I've had. Just meat, veggies and noodles.

D.Jay has a collection of funny shirts.

I don't remember what it says. He designed it himself in DTD.

I think so....they give you 3 different types of sauce. I don't remember what exactly they are. I just know they're good!

Ooooohhhhhh nooooooo! Not the dreaded poop!

Notice, I'm writing in the color poop.
:lmao:

I had the surgery in July

I never had a 'boot". I couldn't put ANY weight on it for a month. I guess diffeent surgeons do it differently. I know some people who had a ski boot after and some who were like me and in bed for a month.

Luckily, I escapted the toe torture! What is that exactly?

I'm really glad I had mine done, it still isn't quite back to normal , but it's 100% better than before.

I always get the fillet and shrimp. Now I'm hungry!

:rotfl2: it would have been my luck!

I love it!:lmao:

I'm looking forward to reading the rest of your hilarious TR! :thumbsup2
thanks!

So what does your foot look like now?

it looks alot better, except for the 4 inch scar running down the side of it.

That's about how big my scar is too though mine is more on the top of the first long bone (big toe bone) foot than the side. UGH on the toe torture. It's a machine that you literally strap your big toe into and it rotates it UP...and Down...and UP...and Down. You adjust the angle at which your toe is rotated...up...and down...

The big toe is supposed to be able to move 90 degrees up and down, it's your pivot toe! Because they had altered that long bone and repositioned it, it was a recovery concern. I had to do it for about a month I think before I got the full range of motion back. About 20 minutes a day and slowly adjusting the angle.

BLEH!

I am glad I did it though. The other foot is not nearly as severe and doesn't give me any trouble. They tried to get me to do both and I'm really glad I didn't!
