Artists rendering on the new Ca. DVC pool, curious about this?

I saw the new pictures of the pool here, and I can't figure out what the giant 5 colored circles on one side of the pool are, that are jetting into the pool? Purely decorations? Seems to me thats precious pool real estate, but I have no idea what these circles are, any clue?

so in this link, take a look at the pool, then look at the bottom left and you'll see two colored circles. I'm wondering what those are. I don't think they'll be splash pads, it would be too disruptive to adults swimming, but I can't be sure? We got a better picture with the DVC notification yesterday, but I have no idea how to put that here.

I bet they are just different colored areas for decoration? Or maybe a tiny bit of water for sunbathing?

I saw drawing of the splash area and it was steamboat willy themed, I think?

It's supposed to look like an artist palette and that is the paint. It's a decoration.
