Partially depends on what your plans are after dinner. I wouldn't go from DHS to WL and back to DHS. That would take a while.

Personally to leave HS, travel to WL for dinner than back to HS is a lot of travel time (unless you are heading to MK in the evening).

Unless you are done for the day, i owuld not leave HS to go to Wilderness. Even if you take an Uber, you will spend a lot of time traveling if you plan to go back to a park after dinner.

Are. You done in DHS for the day? I would not leave for dinner and then return. That will take a lot of time.

I always suggest that when people plan dinner they look at their park plans and work around them rather than try to add meals that are spread out all over WDW. In your case, if you want to plan AP, do it if you are leaving DHS for the day, but if you are not, choose any restaurant in the vicinity, even if you choose CS> Travel time to a resort can eat up over an hour each way, and then you still need to eat.

Both have a good atmosphere, artist point has significantly better food. But the transportation would take awhile, so if your plans are at HS the rest of the night stick with Sci Fi.

There is no "Artist Point". This is now "Storybook Dining".
You will choose.
