Why not purchase a special small toy that will keep him fascianted, tuck it away and pull it out only minutes before he has had enough? That might buy you enough time to enjoy yourself and not have to rush.
Great idea! I am seriously thinking about a run to our local Dollar Tree before our vacation. They have sooooooo much Disney stuff, puzzles, books, toys, etc.
Kudos for you for recognizing that your 3 year old has limitations in what he can endure!
Thanks! We have so been there, done that in regard to him behaving/not behaving in restaurants, so I'm just trying to stack the odds in my favor.
