When I was there in the past you could substitute one of those sides listed at the bottom of the menu for the side that was listed on your entree (most of the restaurants do not allow this, but Artist Point and Yachtsman does). Anyway this past Dec I asked to substitute the sweet potatin gratin at the bottom of the menu for the side that came with the buffalo, like I always do. The waitress informed me at that time, that since I was on the DxDDP, I got to choose an extra side and since I didn't want the side that came with the buffalo, I could choose two sides from those listed at the bottom of the menu. I chose the sweet potato gratin and macaroni and cheese. It just so happened the tables on either side of me were also on the DxDDP and were told the same thing. One had the same waitress I did, but the other had a male waiter. When I questioned the waitress about it and told her that in the past I had been able to substitute from that list, but had never gotten an extra side, she told me that it was new and as far as she knew was only at Artist Point, not at any of the other Signatures and only if you were on the DxDDP.
