Artist point-good chicken dishes?

I plan on having the AP's "Signature" Salmon dish. DH dislikes Salmon(but loves Tuna). He also is not a beef or game eater.

How's the chicken at AP?

i have had the roasted free-range breast of chicken twice at AP and enjoyed it both times. give it a try!
