Is it open for dinner? We're thinking about eating there on the day we arrive.

Yes, if you want to do quick service. There is also Turf Club which is a sit down restaurant (fairly decent prices) which is also open for dinner and very good (in my opinion...it is one of our favorites)...

Artist Pallete hours are: 7:30am-11am for breakfast and then they switch over to lunch/Dinner 11am-10pm
Turf Club hours are: lunch 12pm-5pm and dinner 5pm-9pm

We like Artist Pallate....they have sandwiches, a grill for burgers, etc and 2 or 3 hot items each day. GREAT soups and desserts also. It never seems crowded so I like it as a place to get away from the noise and confusion....love the art glass light fixtures as well!

we like the artist pallate to except for our first day when some boy took our trays of food to his table and brought them back 3 minutes later and said that they were not his order and the person working at the counter tried to give me the trays. I ended up getting into an argument and telling the manager that it was disgusting to even try to give me a tray of food that another person took to their table and started distributing it not realizing that it was not their food. we got our meal for free

We ate there for dinner our first night (6/9). I had the pulled pork flatbread, which was fine, except I didn't dig the bits of apple in the bbq sauce. The sandwiches looked good. They also have stuff you can take back to your villa to prepare.
