The nice folks over at passporter sent one of their reporters to the Animal Kingdom 5th Anniversary celebration, and he has a very good article about Expedition: Everest.
The high points are that it will be a 'family' coaster with the big drop being about 100 feet, will have an advanced lap-bar restraint, and will run backward for part of the ride.
