I really like some types of artichoke dip but I don't have any recipes for them and I usually just try to get my share of it when at functions that serve it. Does anyone have any good recipes so I can make myself some for Thanksgiving?

Thanks!

equal parts of mayo and parmasean cheese.garlic powder....mix it together and one and a half cans of artichokes......mix well and heat up in the oven and put in a bread bowl--also slightly warmed up too........this was so pretty and the little breads that she bought to dip in it was delicious...

1 cup mayo
1/4 parm. cheese
1/2 cup salsa
one large block cream cheese
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts drained and seperated

put everythign in a mixer except hearts, beat till creamy then I put the hearts in and blend on low till combined

pour into pie plate.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
serve with Doritos

YUM!
Oh and some people add shrimp but I found it is fine to leave them out.

Okay, this is the BEST recipe for this that I have ever tried- and I've tried a lot. This tastes to me just like what you would get at a restaurant. This is a Pampered Chef recipe.

1 6oz jar of artichoke hearts
1 package (9-11 oz) of frozen CREAMED spinach, thawed. (You HAVE to get the creamed or it won't come out right)
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 sour cream
1 small clove of garlic, pressed
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Diced red bell pepper for garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 375; chop artichokes and add spinach mayo and sour cream; stir.

Press garlic into mixture and add grated parm cheese. Mix well and put into a small baker dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with bell pepper and serve with tortilla chips and fresh veggies.

It is GOOD.

Here is one we use....yummy!
