ART Transit?

I started a new thread as I'm afraid my question on ART might get buried.

Has anyone used the ART transportation system at all? Looks like it would cost us $30 for unlimited rides for the 3 days. Might be worth it to have that as an option. But, I've heard mixed reviews on that. Any recent feedback? Thanks!

We are going to be staying at the Park Sheraton - me and two teenage boys. We'll walk for the most part but might want a shuttle late night.

Hi We used ART for the first time in May. I could have gotten tickets online but it was cheaper through our hotel. (Peacock Suites) They were a couple of dollars a day each, I thought, for unlimited rides, or, I think you can pay $1 each time you ride. We had good luck with it. Allways was just pulling up as we left! A longer wait comming back, though.

I've never had any problems using the ART bus. Sure, they can take awhile to get where they're going, due to all the pick ups/drop offs, but for the price (and the option of not having to walk back to the hotel after being in the Park from open til close ), I won't complain! Just be sure to know ahead of time when the last bus on your route leaves the Park & you'll be good to go

yeah it is $10 per person for 3 days of unlimited rides, they are pretty quick and usually ontime, i have had a few grumpy drivers, but 9 times out of 10 they are very polite and keep to their schedule, there is usually a manager walking around the disney drop off area, and you can always talk to them about grumpy drivers, slow/fast drivers, or a bus that never is on schedule, or numerous over crowded buses and they do a pretty good job of fixing all problems. just look for them walking around with walkie talkies in the disney drop off area.

P.S. if you buy your ticket from a automated kiosk remember it is EXACT changed ONLY! we had tried to buy a one day ticket for $5 and put in a $20 and got screwed out of $15 and they will not refund you. But it did say that right on the machine and we over looked it.

As long as you won't have sleeping children in strollers, ART can be GREAT!
