Art on Demand Kiosks on ships

Hello. We cruised back in August and tried to use the Art on Demand kiosk. Apparently our order has been "lost". Does anyone know if you purchase Art on Demand if it gets billed to your shipboard account as it's own line item, as something purchased from Mainsails (Wish), or does it get billed directly to a credit card? It has been months since we went and have been waiting for this Art. We never got a receipt and we went into Mainsails and said it was ordered.

Of course, our receipts are all pitched at this point, so just trying to figure out portfolio charges.

Were you able to get any additional info from Disney? Like is the art on demand charge under Mainsails?
