Art of Marvel Sofabed/armchair situation?

I booked a superior room for August 2026 for my husband, my 12-year old son and myself. The room description i booked was large full size bed and sofabed. All the YouTube videos I watched of this room type had large sofabeds. Whe I just took a closer look at my actual booking paperwork it said large full-size bed and sofabed "or comfortable armchair." How can I make sure my son does not have to sleep in an armchair?

We just returned. Booked that room type and had a king sized (essentially) bed and a double sized bed sofa bed. We have two DDs (18 and 20), so I had to book them a separate room since that king room only allows 3 people. We could have managed it, but it was not an option. It was nice to have two bathrooms and they gave us connecting rooms as requested.

Can you email the hotel to request the sofa bed version of the room? It was a nice roomy space!

Thanks so much for responding. Do you know of an email address? If so please share. As far as I can tell I would have to call and that seems stressful. But also tell me how was it?! We are DVC and just returned from 7th trip to WDW which was awesome but looking so forward to something completely new and unique with both the parks and Art of Marvel!
