Hi,
I was wondering if the Art of Entertaining course ever changes? We attended most of the classes during our cruise last May and loved it! However, I didn't enjoy the actual food we sampled. It was a meal from the Philippines with stuff I'm just not used to. I'm hoping they will make different food items for our cruise this May, with recipes I will actually use. :) Does anyone know if it changes?
Thanks,

I've done this 3 times and each was different. The most recent was a chef from the ship. Others have been visiting chefs. My favorite was the first session I ever went to - Mummified Shrimp. He simply took a large raw shrimp, wrapped it in a long potato string and deep fried it. People asked for seconds.
