I really enjoyed the Art of Entertaining series when we went on the Eastern cruise. We'll be going on the Western in January and I was wondering if the topics covered are the same? There was a shrimp appetizer and salmon entree. Also, dessert plate decorating and napkin folding.

Has anyone gone to this series on the Western lately?

Plate decorating and napkin folding are standards. The dishes prepared at the cooking series vary with the chef featured. The wines are the same.

I found it worth doing the cooking series more than once as it changes with each guest chef.
 
We always enjoy these presentations and so far have never had a repeat food item - LOVE the risotto!!

I was on the Western 20/12 and went to the series we had a scallop appertiser, a chicken entree and delicious poached pears and chocolate sauce for the dessert. they also included towel folding with the napkin folding.
