Hello all , we bought our eldest daughter a beauty and the Beast canvas from the Art of Disney store in the magic kingdom. It hasnt arrived yet. This was at the end of October. We recieved an email at the start of november saying it had been dispatched and giving us a tracking number. When I try to use the tracking number on the UPS website it says its invalid.
Is there a number for this store or would I ve better phoning a general customer care number. We still have the receipt and order number.
Didn't want to phone too soon because the weather has been so bad I wanted to give them a good chance but its been long enough now. I should also say I've emailed them 3 times with np response as yet.
