I was wondering if anyone that had a reservation at Art of Animation has been contacted by Disney to move resorts and which options were offered to switch to.
When I called the CM stated that a special team needed to reach out to me because I had already been moved once before. I will try again if the hold times aren’t too crazy.I would just call them yourself now and get it done and out of the way. My mother-in-law was only offered Pop Century for free. I've heard others were offered Caribbean Beach. It may depend on room type (family suite vs Little Mermaid Room)
But be reasonable with your attempts. Couple/few times a day, not constantly. If you don't like the first offer just keep calling back.
Lol...I'm not sure who would have the time it takes to complete a call to Disney constantly all dayBut be reasonable with your attempts. Couple/few times a day, not constantly.![]()
Also, not sure if you're taking ME, but if so just know/remember they drop you off at the checkin building which can be quite a hike to the rooms...and they no longer deliver luggage. - Something we're thinking twice about as well.I called the 7866 number and got right through. We were offered Pop or CBR water view. Took CBR but the bus stops are annoying so we may end up calling back or moving dates to find something else.

Did you call them or did they reach out to you?We were offered a 1 bedroom villa at Boulder Ridge for the 2 of us. I took it.

Yeah, I'd say pretty decent...especially if you were in a regular room at AoA. Even if not, OKW is a "deluxe." You won't have access to the skyliner though...although it sounds like any possible benefit of the skyliner may be offset with long lines and down time so that may not be a bad thing. I really feel like "upgrades" are really perception based and depends on whatcthe guest values etc., but I'd say it's decent.Disney reached out to me today for our Mid-September trip and offered a 1 room villa at Old Key West! This is a good upgrade, right?![]()
