Art of Animation Lion King Room Request Help

So we are taking our 4 soon to be 5 year old to Disney World for his 5th Birthday in September 2013. I wanted to get some opinions on the 2 different Lion King Buildings. Which is building is better 6 or 10? Which floor? Is the A/C really an issue? I've heard that the rooms are not well insulated so noise is an issue. Is that true? Wifi and Cell service?
