Art of Animation hours

I'm staying at Disney's Art of Animation in September and am wondering if anyone knows the gift shop and food court hours? Unfortunately my trip will be rather short so plan to cram as much as possible in and am hoping those 2 places at the hotel open early or stay open late. If any one knows, please post. Thanks!

Both Landscape of Flavors and The Ink & Paint shop are open from 6am - 12am!
